Describe what your team did well engaging stakeholders.
The team did well building relationships with most of the stakeholders, and incorporating their input into the project. The project outcomes were much more robust as a result of the interactions with and feedback from the stakeholders.
Describe what your team did well engaging stakeholders.
We were not well-prepared to manage the power dynamics between stakeholders. A couple of stakeholders with minority views stopped attending workshops. I don’t think we gave this enough thought from the beginning of the project.The team did well building relationships with most of the stakeholders, and incorporating their input into the project. The project outcomes were much more robust as a result of the interactions with and feedback from the stakeholders.
